Privacy Policy

This website is operated by BEYOND FITNESS LTD, trading as Beyond Fitness, a Pilates and yoga studio at The Makers District, Pixel Tower 5, Ground Floor, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Beyond Fitness.

We collect a limited amount of information, in three situations.

• When you visit this website. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to understand how people find and use our site and to measure our advertising. It records pages viewed, clicks on our booking button, your approximate location, your device and browser, and an identifier that Meta may connect to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
• When you contact us. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation and the contact details you used, so we can reply and follow up.
• When you book a class. Booking and payment are handled by Mindbody, not by this website. When you tap our booking button you leave this site and continue on Mindbody's own platform, where their privacy policy applies. We never see or store your card details.

Before your first class we may ask about injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy, so our instructors can keep you safe and adapt exercises for you. We use this only for that purpose. We do not share it with anyone outside the studio, and we do not use it for marketing.

We operate CCTV in the studio's common areas only for the safety and security of clients and staff. Recordings are kept for a limited period and are only viewed if there is a security or safety incident. There are no cameras in class rooms.

• To respond to enquiries and manage your bookings and membership.
• To measure and improve our advertising, so we spend less showing ads to people who are not interested.
• To understand which parts of our website are useful and which are not.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the studio:

• Mindbody - scheduling, bookings, membership records and payments.
• Meta Platforms - website measurement and advertising, as described above.
• Vercel - hosting for this website.

These providers operate outside the UAE, so your information may be processed abroad. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

The Meta Pixel sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking them will not stop you using this website or booking a class.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Advertising data held by Meta is retained according to their own policies.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Contact us and we will respond as quickly as we can.
